Butter oil ( AMF)

Butter oil, also known as anhydrous milk fat or clarified butter oil, is made by removing almost all water and non-fat solids from butter or cream, resulting in a fat concentrate with at least 99.90% milk fat.

Anhydrous Milk Fat ( Premium Grade)

Butter oil is used mainly for the production of dairy recombinant milk; it has a wide range of applications, including bakery, confectionery, ice cream, fat-rich products.
